Shoe remix F/W 09-10

Hermès, Balenciaga, Viktor & Rolf, Chloé, J.Paul Gaultier.. Y entre mi selección de zapatos para este Otoño/Invierno no podían faltar las extravagantes plataformas de Nina Ricci (antiguo post aquí), los zapatos bicolores de McQueen, y los zapatos de Prada rollo punk que me tienen loca aún después de haberlos visto hasta la saciedad en todas y cada una de las revistas que han pasado por mis manos estos dias.

And among my selection of shoes for this Fall/Winter as it's expected you can find the outrageous Nina Ricci's platforms (old post here), the two-colored McQueen shoes, and the punk Prada shoes which drive me crazy even after seeing them in all of the magazines I have read these days.

Y como no podía ser menos, aquí están las botas más fotografiadas y que más portadas y editoriales han acaparado: Louis Vuitton y sus botas llenas de lazos, Viktor & Rolf con sus zapatos-botas futuristas, Prada y sus botas de montar, y por supuesto las indiscutibles botas altas de Rodarte.

And here you have the most photographed and which have captured almost all the covers and editorials of this September issues boots: Louis Vuitton with his laced up boots, Viktor & Rolf and it's futuristic shoe-boots, Prada and it's boots for riding and of course, the indisputable high Rodarte boots.

Y dejando el tema de los zapatos a un lado, me ha llamado mucho la atención esta propuesta de Marc by Marc Jacobs, las medias de colores, una propuesta con un aire colegial y divertido también vista en la firma Les Copains pero de la cual no he podido conseguir fotografías. ¿Qué os parece?

And leaving the shoe theme, this Marc by Marc Jacobs proposal has attracted my attention because of it school and funny touch, colorful tights, which have also been seen in Les Copains brand but, I haven't been able to obtain photographs. What do you think about this?

Eso me gustaría estar haciendo a mí, bañarme en el mar, tomar el sol.. pero poco a poco veo cada vez más cerca el otoño, el invierno, los abrigos, bufandas, guantes y ¡Dios! los paraguas, si esos también, ese incordio de la lluvia.. en fin, corto y cambio que si no me enrollo.

I love fake!

Hace un tiempo que descubrí esta revista online I love fake, es una revista bimensual que mezcla cultura, moda y arte, creada por artistas independientes que mirán más allá del típico formato de papel para adentrarse en el nuevo mundo de la prensa online.
Esta es una parte del número de primavera, pero en su web podéis verlo entero, al igual que otros números anteriores, así que os invito a que os deis una vuelta por ella.

It's some time since I discovered this online magazine, I love fake, it's a bimensual magazine which mixes culture, fashion and art, and it is created by independent artist who look beyond the tipic paper format to go into the new world of the online press.

Miroslava Duma, the new it girl

Ya he vuelto, y esta vez es para quedarme.

I have just come back, and this time I'm staying here.

Hace tiempo que buscaba el nombre de esta chica, y lo encontré, ella es Miroslava Duma editora de moda de la revista rusa Harper's Bazaar.

Es guapísima, tiene un gran estilo y ha sido fotografiada por The Sartorialist y Face Hunter en numerosas ocasiones, y desde hace unos meses se pasea por una gran parte de los blogs dedicados a la moda de la blogsfera, pero dejando su sentido de la moda a un lado, lo que más me ha llamado la atención de esta chica es la expresividad de sus ojos, profundos y oscuros.

I have been looking for her name a long time, and now I have found it, she is Miroslava Duma, a fashion editor from the Russian magazine Harper's Bazaar.

She is very beautiful and stylish and she has been photographed by The Sartorialist and Face Hunter on numerous occasions, and since some months ago we can see lots of images around the blogsphere, but leaving her sense of fashion, the most thing i love from this girl is the expressiveness of her eyes, soulful and dark.
